KYMC America Neoflex CNC:

Introduction

The NEOFLEX-CNC machine is built with the same precision and technology as the NEOFLEX GL (servo) flexo press, but utilizing conventional gear drive instead of servo drive motors on the anilox and print sleeves. All printing stations are CNC servo controlled with a high degree of accuracy to ensure excellent printing quality and a good price/value ratio on your investment.

Deck positioning is programmed and done by step motors, with a sleeve system for the print and anilox rollers as a standard feature, for short runs and quick change over.

The NEOFLEX-CNC is a top of the range gear driven CNC press with a high degree of automation, easy operation and high printing quality.

Most of the press components are either manufactured in the US or available through US subsidiaries such as Rexroth/Indramat and PLC programmable controls by Simens. The Neoflex complies fully with OSHA and CE standards.

CNC Deck Positioning

All printing deck movement of plate and anilox assembly is driven by servo motors. When setting up a new job, the repeat size can be keyed-in via the touch screen interface. Deck positioning is automatic and fine tuning in steps down to 0.01mm. Once the optimal position is set, the parameters can be stored into the CNC's computer for quick recall setup on

Deck positioning is programmed and done by their respective motors, with a sleeve system for the print and anilox rollers as a standard feature, for short runs and quick change over. Motor cross bars are eliminated by the individual deck motors, AC servo, that directly connect to the ball screws via couplings.




Sleeve Change

Zero backlash of deck position control for impression setting. Printing and anilox mandrel movement is achieved through high precision circulating ball type feeding screws, activated by four motors for each station.

Deck motors, AC servo, are directly connected to the ball screws by couplings. Supports of both printing and anilox air mandrels move on high precision linear guides. The liner guide is pre-loaded without any backlash, to avoid any lock-down needs. Anti-impact safety device is employed.



Remote Diagnosis and Service

Instant service is critical to your business productivity. KYMC recognizes this by installing a modem on every press we manufacture for quick diagnosis and troubleshooting/servicing adjustments when available.







KYMC Quick-wash

KYMC continues their innovation with their quick wash system for efficient cleaning of doctor blade chambers, anilox rolls and ink hoses. This system uses much less solvent than any other system on the market. The system can also be used with water base inks.

The base canister system is a seperate unit to accomodate your floor layout needs while minimizing downtime.




Turret Flying Splice

The Neoflex CNC can be equiped with optional turret flying splice unwind and rewind with European phantom axis compact design.
